Everything was good overall, but late arrivals and walking noise, plus snoring, were disruptive. Suitable for a 1-2 day stay.

Excellence. First time I try a capsule hotel and it was a great experience. I slept like a baby in my pod.
The hotel is very clean. Japanese standards of cleanlines.

I had a pleasant stay at the 9h nine hours Akasaka. The pods were comfortable and clean and the location was very convenient. However, the common space for eating was really small. The locker space was very crammed. They also won’t store your luggage after you check out so if you’re planning to do something on between the check-out and your flight/train you need to take your luggage outside.

Awesome hostel! The capsules are very spacious, the towels and pajamas are changed every day. The spaces for women and men are completely separated. The room with lockers is a bit cramped, but understandable.

the shower stinks and there is no space to fan hair or make up in the morning - it is overcrowded. No space for eating or working - they have, but so small and uncomfortable!

Nice experience!Overall I recommend it for solo travellers. The location is central and it is close to metro stations.
Also, the bedsheets are changed everyday, you get clean pyjama and towels everyday.
One thing that was annoying is the size of the lockes, it is very small and little bit inconvenient with the card sistem.
Also keep in mind that you have to be out of the hotel during the certain hours due to cleaning.

The room was great, but during my stay, there was a crazy and rude Japanese person who kept banging on the bathroom door while someone else was showering. The hotel staff didn't intervene promptly, nor did they offer a reasonable explanation or apology to the disturbed guests. Both that Japanese person and the staff were terrible.
