Chengdu Happy Valley

Chengdu Happy Valley is a large modern theme park consisting of themed zones such as sunshine harbor, happy times, starlight town, Caribbean cyclone, magic castle, magic forest, and Silk Road legend. It offers both thrilling rides and family-friendly experiences, enough for a full day of fun. The entrance's sunshine harbor zone kicks off with a welcome song and dance, where cartoon characters like ant elves and clowns interact with visitors, leading everyone into the kingdom of joy.

The park covers a large area with numerous attractions, making it hard to experience everything in one day. We recommend planning your route by zone and prioritizing popular roller coasters upon entry. Most thrill rides require a minimum height of 1.4 m, so families with children may check in advance. If visiting in summer for water rides, don't forget to bring a change of clothes.

Nearby entrance

Sunshine Harbor is the entrance to Happy Valley. Walking along the glass corridor with a wooden frame structure, you'll see roadside welcome ceremonies featuring various cartoon characters loved by children, leading everyone into the palace of joy.

Pass through the Sunshine Harbor area and walk along the right-hand side to reach the Happy Times zone. Here you'll find the Sky and Earth Twin Towers, which simulate a spacecraft launch, as well as the Energy Storm, where you can experience the dual thrills of revolution and rotation.

Continue forward to the Caribbean whirlwind zone: This is a world of water. Various water entertainment elements are gathered in the water park, including wave pools, giant funnels, water playgrounds...

Northern area

At the northern end of the park lies the Bashu area, a themed zone inspired by the ancient vanished kingdom of Yufu. You can ride the "Snowy dragon" as it winds through ancient Shu watchtowers, or experience the thrill of fishing in rapids during the "Fishing rafting" activity.

The flight island area in Happy Valley is a secluded paradise surrounded by water on all sides, featuring an observation deck that can ascend mid-air like a giant arm lifting visitors to great heights.

Family-friendly area

The magic castle and happy times zone in the valley are family-friendly areas featuring playful attractions like the magic star park and happy planet. If visiting without kids, head straight to the starlight town zone for the thrilling "cloud soaring dragon."
