Excellent hotel Very enjoyable stay. Whole hotel was clean, facilities were brilliant and well kept, especially the pool. Lovely views. Receptionist was friendly and very helpful with car rentals, restaurant recommendations etc.

Very nice hotel. Everything was clean and modern. Good shower and bed. Room was fairly small and basic. Front desk woman was fantastic. Made many good recommendations. The pool area was gorgeous! I’m not giving 5 stars due to location/convenience. Like many Santorini hotels, this hotel requires some climbing. But you literally can’t get to a street without climbing a very steep hill. Quite annoying and especially if you have luggage it’s kind of dangerous. They don’t have any type of Porter to help. Once you get past the hill you’re about a 10 minute walk to the action of Fira. Not a big deal, but I’d rather be a shorter walk.

From the moment we arrived our holiday was fantastic! The transport arranged by the hotel was on time and fab vehicle. When we got to the hotel staff were waiting to take our luggage down to the reception from the car park! At reception we were made feel so welcome ! All the staff were really friendly and helpful but we have to say Eva was exceptional , so friendly and helpful, she could not have done more through the whole week. Eva seemed to be there anytime we had a question and knew the answers too . She arranged car hire , airport transfers and a birthday surprise I had planned in advance for Christine. I wish all hotels had an Eva. The location is perfect , 10 min walk to Center of Fira , however supermarket and restaurants on your door step too. Footpaths around the area are uneven in some places but that is the only negative we can say about the area. The hotel itself had a fresh fragrance in all areas all day. The rooms are adequate size and beautifully decorated, shower was amazing too. Good selection of alcoholic beverages and very good prices at reception. The hotel provides pool towels and bath robes. The pool area is filled with sun loungers , Bali beds etc.The pool itself is very refreshing, and the area never seems to be over crowded. We stayed 5th to 12th Sep in room 6 which also had a hot tub which was always at perfect temperature. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation, and would recommend Fira over Oia. Oia is great for a day trip and must be seen but for us staying in Fira had everything . Mark and Christine

The property is absolutely beautiful! I did feel like there were some things missing that could have improved our stay, such as options for purchase in the room fridge (like water), someone to help with our bags since there are stairs, and a heated pool (the pool was freezing). Overall, I think it's a bit expensive for the location and amenities but it is still nice. I also stayed at an Andronikos and it was less expensive and included free breakfast, a mini-bar in the room, a d a courtesy shuttle into town.

The room was exactly as pictured. Location was on one of the main streets of Santorini, its the perfect location to walk, 5mins to Fira town square and 2mins to Firostefani. The bed was cosy and comfortable! The staff and service was great, we would be glad to return one day and we highly recommend to this hotel.

Brand new hotel in Fira ,its near the cliff side, restaurants etc..!Very nice and clean room with private balcony and outdoor hot tub!!Amazing swimming pool with great view!Very helpful staff!! I highly recommend it!!I will come back for sure!!!
