There are also plenty of convenience stores and eateries downstairs. **Amenities:** The room was quite spacious and well-equipped. The lighting was thoughtfully designed and convenient. **Service:** The service was great. The front desk staff guided me to my room and provided an introduction with a warm attitude. When a cleanliness issue arose, my request for a room change was handled promptly. The after-sales service attitude was consistently good throughout, so kudos to all the staff involved. **Cleanliness:** My personal suggestion is to improve the laundry company's cleaning standards, and room inspections should also be more rigorous. Overall, it's good value for money at this price point. Keep up the good work, and wishing you continued success!

Highly recommend this hotel for a trip to Chongqing! At this price, I didn't have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with my stay. I was worried after reading some negative reviews, but our room didn't have any of the issues mentioned – no leaky showerhead and no strange smells in the bathroom. The hotel has many advantages. First, it's very affordable compared to other hotels, and the location is excellent. You just cross the street to the subway, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Plus, you can directly photograph Raffles City from here. The hotel was easy to find upon arrival, with a large sign, and the front desk is on the first floor. There's a dedicated elevator straight to the room floors, so no crowded lifts or long waits. Food delivery can also come right to your door. The room facilities are new, spacious, bright, neat, and clean, with a simple yet elegant design. It also has a small sofa and a table, plus a dressing table with a huge mirror. The bathroom has a wet/dry separation, disposable toilet seat covers, and an automatic flushing toilet. The shower water temperature is easy to adjust with clear indicators, and the toiletries provided are complete. However, it would be even more convenient if there were a few more hooks in the shower for clothes. There's also a huge projection screen that's very clear in the dark with good sound quality. You can cast your own content or play music. The bed is very soft and comfortable – watching TV from bed was amazing. Regarding soundproofing, I personally found that closing the windows blocked out about 95% of the outside noise, so my sleep wasn't affected at all. The service was also very satisfying. The front desk lady and other staff members were very friendly and enthusiastic. After adding the hotel's WeChat, the front desk responded promptly, and they were quick to address any issues or reasonable requests. Thank you to the hotel for a wonderful stay for me and my friend.
