Amman Marriott Hotel

I booked two rooms and am still at the hotel. The staff are exceptional and incredibly friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable with their kind and polite demeanor. In the wellness area, you can relax and feel completely at ease. The breakfast is a large buffet with many different options to satisfy your hunger. We will definitely come back, and thanks to all the hotel staff.

The room was clean and newly renovated, feeling very cozy. The lobby, restaurant, and bar were all great, with a subtle Ritz-Carlton vibe. Breakfast had a lovely ambiance and good food. The service was excellent, with staff always smiling. I'll definitely be back.

We stayed here when we arrived in Amman, and then again when we came back from the Dead Sea. My child even called it 'sweet home.' They were so happy when we pulled up to the hotel. The service truly is excellent. I ordered separately from the library restaurant, and the food was great, but the meal package included with our booking was truly a disaster... I'll have to leave a separate review for that order.

Trip.com helped me get an upgrade and contacted the hotel next door for me. I also tried talking to them, but it was no use. The kids next door slammed their door an average of twice a minute starting in the morning. The sound was incredibly loud, making it impossible to work. Plus, the hotel only has a coffee table, not a proper desk in the lobby. My heart was pounding from the noise. If you're staying here, be sure to request that no large families or children be placed nearby, especially directly opposite your room. The soundproofing of the doors is paper-thin.

This hotel is excellent, top-notch in every aspect. It's clean and well-equipped. The car service is very convenient. The staff are incredibly warm and responsible, especially Manager Ahmad AlrawajFeh, who handled my check-in with exceptional professionalism. On the evening of the 12th, I arrived at the hotel by airport taxi without any cash. The driver only accepted cash, so I had to ask the hotel for help. The manager immediately informed me that there was an ATM in the hotel where I could withdraw cash. I then told him that the driver was demanding extra money as a tip. Upon hearing this, Manager Ahmad quickly assured me not to worry. He said I could withdraw money from the ATM, and he would help me with change so I could pay the driver the exact amount on the receipt. This saved me a lot of hassle. I am truly, truly grateful to him. Coming to a strange country alone, it was a huge relief to have a problem resolved so easily. Because of this experience, I now think Jordan is a wonderful country.
