We had an excellent stay at Marco Polo Ortigas Manila. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the facilities were fantastic. The staff were warm, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. Great location, wonderful amenities, and outstanding service. We would definitely stay here again! ❤️

Basically good but overrated for rate in Trip com. I ask the roomkeeper bcs only got 1 bottle of water, and he never back. I ask the waitress for a glass of Tea, but she forgot. Those are still ok i think, maybe in the peak hour too many custs, what i hardly accept, I cant turn off the AC, so maybe I put that on amenities stars. For the room and menus, excellent, I agree. Good room, they even gave fruits in room after I check in, I like it. Good foods and complete menus. What I really like was there are so many fillings for your omelette.

We just finished our 2nd staycation at Marco Polo to celebrate my birthday, and it was fantastic again. The hotel is excellent and my family really enjoyed every moment. Special shoutout to Czaira at Reception — we remember her as an intern last year, and now she’s doing an amazing job. Also big kudos to Eric at Concierge. His positive energy and happy vibes have been consistent from last year right through to this year. And thank you to The Continental Club team: Andre, Aila, Azi & Teddy for the birthday cake. That surprise made the celebration extra special. Overall, the stay was great and all the staff were super welcoming. Definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you ❤️ Baldemor Family

Always a great time staying at Marco Polo! Staff and Service is amazing. Everyone is so polite and helpful. The rooms are huge. Personally I love the heated pool. Always nice to have a dip at the end of a long day.

The room was incredibly spacious and absolutely fantastic. The bed was also very comfortable, making me feel so relaxed and rested. The area is also convenient for dining and shopping!

Everything is good and the breaskfast has been improved since my last visit more than 6months. one thing that i am not satisfied is the room i stayed has mouldy smell. I wish the relevant staff could have prevent this happen in future or putting a dehumidifier during the raining seasons.

The room was okay. I'm not sure if it was because I visited during the rainy season, but the hotel had a very strong damp smell. I called the front desk later, and they moved me to a better room with less of that smell.
