The hotel's service and ambiance exceeded our expectations. Our room had a direct view of Mount Fuji, was decorated in a Japanese style, and was quiet and tidy overall. We pre-booked sukiyaki for dinner, and the ingredients were fresh and the portions generous.

Located on the north side of Lake Kawaguchiko, it offers direct views of the lake and Mount Fuji. It's also very close to Oishi Park. It's best to have a car, as there's a relatively steep slope leading from the main road.

The room service was excellent! And the open-air bath was, without a doubt, the highlight! The bugs were a bit scary, but other than that, everything was great! My boyfriend and I went, and we're already talking about going again! 😊

Awesome Meal, excellent onsen,
If you're traveling as a large family, it's recommended to inquire about room availability with the hotel, as each floor has different room types. If you're a family of more than 4 and book the same room type, you might end up on different floors. We were a group of 7 and booked two deluxe rooms, but we were on different floors, probably because each floor

• impeccable view with private onsen facing Mount Fuji
• spacious room, very clean, new and clean toilet
• location is slightly higher up the hill but parking is convenient
• helpful staff, prepared us dinner despite we requested in short period of time (＜ 1 hour)
