The hotel is in the heart of the old town city, very convenient to look for food and walk to different spots. My room is very clean and comfortable. I like to design of the bathroom but the living room is quite dark. Service 10/10.

Beautiful hotel , spotlessly clean and staff were very helpful and friendly in all areas of the hotel . Location is perfect for the main square and everything is easy walking distance . Highly recommend if staying in Krakow

Booked 2 nights but checked out after just 1. That's how bad it was. I couldn't bring myself to stay another night and moved to the Sheraton Grand across the river, even though it meant paying for a room I wouldn't use. I travel frequently and stay at 5-star properties worldwide like Ritz-Carlton, Mandarin Oriental, Sheraton Grand, and this hotel does not meet that standard at all. The rooms feel dated and dungeon-like with poor natural light and depressing views. The decor looks like it hasn't been updated in decades. No memory foam or alternative pillow options available, which is a basic amenity at any proper 5-star hotel. Location is fine, close to Old Town and walking distance to the main sights. But location alone doesn't justify the 5-star label when the rooms feel like this. If you're looking for actual 5-star comfort in Kraków, look elsewhere. I'd rather lose money on an unused night than spend another one here.
