隔音不好晚上睡覺都睡不到 一點點就聽到聲音。骯臟的床 床上骯臟東西睡到整身癢 態度不好沒有回覆沒有解決問題 問了客服也不回答 問了屋組沒有回覆一整天都不回覆信息 差評 一點都不好 不推薦避雷

So Bad!!!我真的無法忍受這家酒店，為什麼還有那麼多人好評！
設施：臟臟的，臭臭的！！晚上睡覺的時候，能清晰聽到蟲蛀門的聲音！！
衞生：下水道的臭味真的很難聞！一晚上沒有熱水，洗冷水澡！而且，一刷卡進門，一屋子都是黴味，黴味撲面而來！地板也臟臟的！
環境：一晚上，超級多開摩託車的飆車，油門聲轟轟轟的，一晚上都睡不着！吵死了！最要緊的是，隔音無比差！！隔壁房間開燈、關燈、開門、關門都能清晰聽到！（＞д＜）搞得我一晚上沒睡覺，因為隔音太差，而且還隱約聽到有人開我房間門的鎖！
服務：前台服務態度無比差！！一點都不專業，很囂張，不想做生意似的！

using lift requires keycard, specifically for the level you are staying so it’s better to stay at the same floor with friends. Housekeeping every three days and needed to call service for towel replacements. Call service is out of order in my room so I have to ask for help in the lobby. There was one time that the lobby stuff stated that he is in charge of the other hotel and asked us to contact the hotel staff by telephone / Instagram, didn’t manage to ask for clean towels that day.

“Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. I highly recommend it!”

Some of the counter staff seems hesitant in giving good customer service, also the lift can get traffic so you have to wait for some time. Nevertheless, the location and overall room facilities are great.
