Excellent location just get out of hotel and you are in masjid. Best location for sisters. Good breakfast and amenities. Quick access to shops.

⸻ No Refund or Compensation – Very Poor Experience at Anwar Al Madinah Mövenpick Hotel I recently stayed at Anwar Al Madinah Mövenpick Hotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering the amount paid for what is advertised as a five-star hotel The room condition was below standard — the bathroom had a major leak, and the towels were old and worn out. Due to these issues, maintenance staff arrived around 2:30 a.m. to fix the leaking toilet, followed by a cleaning team at 3:00 a.m. to remove the water. This caused a sleepless night and complete inconvenience during my stay. I immediately reported the problem to hotel management and requested a refund or at least a partial compensation, as I was unable to use the room properly and did not receive the quality or comfort I paid for. However, the management did not take any action and refused to offer any refund, credit, or service recovery. For a hotel of this category, such lack of responsibility is unacceptable. The way the situation was handled showed no respect for guests’ time, comfort, or money. Based on this experience, I do not recommend this hotel. Guests deserve better service, transparency, and accountability — especially when a refund is clearly justified.

check in was so bad .. we have to wait until 19:00 pm without any compliment .

Possibly and sadly the worst Movenpick we’ve ever stayed in! Dirty tired decor and had to change room as bathroom was dirty.. Heads up to the staff who were SO lovely!

Amazing hotel! Very close to Masjid Nabwi. Beautiful and clean. Has many gates to exit and enter by. Staff are very helpful from receptionists to cleaners. Also a first service too.
