Our stay at The Black Bass in September was superb. The staff were so friendly and polite, and couldn't do more to make us comfortable. Our room was lovely, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The outside area on the lakeside was stunning. We sat here everyday, enjoying food and wine, and taking in the breathtaking views. We used the spa too, which again was very good, clean and quiet. We cannot wait to return.

Amazing hotel An absolutely stunning hotel in an incredible location. The rooms and interiors are beautiful, and the setting on the lake is breathtaking — just a picturesque 40-minute walk along the water into town. The spa was wonderful, and although the weather at the end of September meant we couldn’t fully enjoy the outdoor pool, the facilities were excellent. What truly stood out was the service: the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely fantastic throughout our stay. A true 5-star experience from start to finish — we will definitely be returning!

Highly recommend this beautiful hotel. The location and facilities provide the perfect accomodation to enjoy the lake. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful as well.
