酒店的服務態度超級差，我們是一行7人去出差，定了，定了4間4晚，但是中途其中4人臨時有事，一個要飛回國，3個要飛吉隆坡，所以我們要提前退掉其中2間的後2晚，房費是5190多，當天退房的同事把房卡給了前台，也跟前台説了具體情況，他們説我們沒問題呀，然後説因為我們是在攜程訂的，需要跟攜程溝通好，在後台退單。於是我們就聯繫了攜程，攜程非常友好，但這時候戲劇性的就出現了，攜程聯繫酒店，酒店説因為他們的政策原因不接受提前退訂，如果非要退訂的話，必須要出全額的房費，也就是説一分錢不給退。然後我們還在新加坡的同事就去又找了酒店的方面溝通，酒店説沒收到攜程的協商，讓我們去聯繫攜程。這裏我就知道這個酒店是在推卸責任，因為我是攜程的金鑽貴賓，攜程不可能為了一個酒店去得罪一個優質客户。之後我們讓攜程跟酒店就行了長達2天的溝通，我們在新加坡的同事以及攜程在新加坡的業務都去做了協商，酒店都拒絕，期間我們還提供了改簽的機票憑證，酒店仍拒絕了我們免費退房請求。到最後我們在新加坡的同事徹底怒了，就跟酒店的人員吵起來了，酒店人員的醜惡嘴臉徹底暴露了，他們原話就是他們收到了攜程的協商，但就是不會給我們免費退房。更可惡的是，這時候他們還把責任推給攜程，説就算他們同意退房了，攜程也未必會把錢退給我們，這真的是噁心透了。事情的結果就是，最後這個酒店也沒把提前退掉的2間房的房費退給我們，還説我們雖然沒住，但是她們確實幫我們保留了房間，但是我們的房卡早就退了，房間他們是否保留了，誰也無法保證，他們也拿不出證據，碰上無賴衹能認栽，奉勸華人下次去新加坡，千萬不要住這個酒店，作為服務行業的酒店，態度垃圾的要死。

The sound proof of the sound is bad even though is a corner room, can hear clearly outside voice. And the hotel check in is 3pm but checkout 11am which is too short normally is check-in 2pm and checkout 12pm. The toilet has no water bidet to wash.

It was near to the MRT and at little India. Lot of options for eating outside the hotel for Indians. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for all those who are looking for a good stay in Singapore

I miss here a lot, before is parkroyal Kitchener hotel, now change to Novotel, inside everything still remain the same , very good still

Booked a king bed but the customer service asked us if it's ok to switch to a queen/single bed instead with no benefits for the exchange. Inaccurate based on room availability booking

Conveniently located next to City Square Mall, Farrer Park MRT station & many local restaurants / food court.
Very friendly & efficient front office staffs make you felt welcome 🤗
Generous room size & very comfortable King size bed make you feel at home 💤
