Metropolitan Boutique Hotel

Large comfortable room that looked out onto a quadrangle. Everything was very clean and well appointed. The hotel is close to the Jewish quarter with lots if choice for food and drinks. The main square is a 10-15 minute walk away and easy access to trams. The hotel had a good breakfast and restaurant for dinner. All the food we ate was very tasty. The bar has happy hour from 4pm to 6 pm and drinks were served in the quadrangle. All the staff are friendly and professional. Will definitely go back and highly recommended this hotel.

The hotel is clean and comfy, perfectly warm for the freezing temperatures outside. Situated right next to Kraków Grzegórzki train station, it was easy to get to/from the airport and to other places via the train as it connects to the Kraków Główny main station. Staff were helpful, explained where we can go around Kraków. We were given plenty of clean towels, room cleaning service daily. Hair dryer was also provided, with a drinking water dispenser right outside the lift. Only thing would be the shower as it sometimes pulses between slightly hotter and colder water. Was pleasantly surprised when it’s got heated flooring in the shower though!

The hotel was excellent in every way ! The location is perfect to explore the city on foot, located near the former Jewish Quarter, which is stunning, and a 13/15 walk to the Old Town. The staff were all amazing and quickly changed my room on the first night because if an unpleasant odour in the booked room. They answered all my questions and were super efficient ! If I were to return to Krakoq, I’d stay here , even though it’s slightly on the pricy side .

I had a bad experience at the hotel. I wasn't able to get my 1 day of extended stay to be in the same room as I had for the 3 days that I was staying in. They informed me last minute of the changes in the morning just before my uber arrived to pick me up for my planned trip to Zakopan, so I couldn't have ample notice to transfer to the new room. I asked them to go ahead n transfer my things into the new room, in a haste, I had forgotten I left my cash n passports in the safe! When I reached Zakopan, I reached out to the hotel, wanting to inform them to wait for me to go back to Hotel asap n open the safe to retrieve my belongings, but to my horrors, they had already opened the safe without seeking my consent n took the items n transferred to the new room! That was really a terrible decision they had done! I felt my privacy being violated by their unprofessional conduct! Imagine a safe is no longer a safe place for hotel guests to place their valuable n important items anymore, if this Hotel felt they had the right to open the guest’a safe just because they need to “ evict” me from my original classic double room n upgrade me to a Junior Suite for my 1 day of extended stay, which I do not want the upgrade but told them I preferred to stick to my original room!

The location is good and everything is within walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful and price is also reasonable.
