Hotel staffs were very accomodating and helpful also the housekeeping team. Everything is always in order, access to main transportation is a big plus and commercial establishment. Worth the price.

This Mercure is a reliable choice you can't go wrong with. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic; it's so good and filling, we didn't even need lunch! The room is spacious and bright, with unbeatable city views. Most major landmarks are within a 20-minute walk. Plus, you can change the lighting in the room, which is a nice touch. The bathroom is huge, with a vanity mirror spanning the entire wall – perfect for both adults and kids to get ready at the same time. There's also a full-length dressing mirror.

Cleaniness is bad as the room is very dusty. My kids have sensitive nose and they non stop sneezing plus runny nose as long as they are in the hotel. Surprisingly the sneezing and runny nose stopped when we went outside of the room despite the cold weather.

Location is awesome. Very centralise and convenient to everywhere.

No toothbrush and toothpaste given. Not too sure whether it is only upon request but we got our own.

Not really into the bathroom design as it just flooded the whole floor whenever we bath which i prefer my bathroom floor to be drier.
