Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and relaxed environment. Convenient location.

We had a room with a sofa bed. We never got our sofa bed made during our 4-night stay. The first day after we arrive they even forgot cleaning our room; then we only had towels changed the following 3 nights without floor vacuumed or bed made. We asked front desk and were told rooms are supposed to be cleaned everyday though they never did so. The room ran out tissue and we never got new ones. 我们住了4夜，但沙发床从来没有被收拾过，第二天他们甚至忘了发到我们的房间，后面几夜基本就只给换毛巾其他什么都没有打扫，最后甚至纸巾没有了也没给加新的。早餐还可以就是经常不够吃。

Big spacious room and very comfortable

The staff was very helpful, there was some miscommunication about the room that we booked and they were very helpful to make things right!

Kind of loud in the evening. People yelling in the hallway on my floor for about 10 minutes. Elevator floors were filthy.

Pros: Very nice staff, breakfast had lots of good choices, fitness room was decent with 3 cardio options and free weights. Cons: Odor of cigarettes in the room, which is strange for 2026! The smell was hard to take. TV didn't work at first and it took several calls to get someone to come look at it.

Can't get incidental s back month later still pending because lazy manager, stayed 8 hrs no damage no mini bar 😢
