Excellent staycation experience as the hotel provide a decoration and small cake for birthday also the free upgrade room view of trx. The staff were friendly and helpful making my stay truly enjoyable. The location also convenient as located at centre of bukit bintang.

Nice staff, club lounge is relax and service is good. Room is very clean. Location is great. The worker there speciallyZadi, shisma and jesica is helpful. Look for them if you have any problem during your stay.keep it up

A flawless stay. The location is unbeatable—steps from Pavilion KL. The rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean. The standout, however, was the exceptional service, especially from Raj at the front desk, who was attentive and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommended for both luxury and convenience.

Stayed here for the first time and we loved it! However the room does not have any water bottles but filtered drinking water located in the bathroom. If you would like to order a bottle of water from room service it would cost you around MYR12 per bottle. Other than that rest were superb.

酒店位置不錯，但是對中國人不友好。房間安排角落房，而且我們定了兩間居然給我們兩個房間都是角落房，絕對不是湊巧。入住後發現房間窗户漏水嚴重，去前台溝通後換房間安排的居然依舊還是角落房。差評，預訂這個價格角落房很過分。

Great hotel, with friendly staff. From the moment we left the transfer we were dealt with politely and efficiently, making us feel welcomed.
The location is pretty good near the heart of the city. Rooms were lovely and clean with rainfall showers, and blackout curtains.
Breakfast was a lovely fusion of cuisines both local and continental, to cater to all types of diets..
The staff happily accommodated our late check out. and even let us wait round the pool till our transfer arrived

We had a 3 night stay at the hotel. We had booked the king deluxe room but when we reached the hotel in the evening to check-in, the staff told us that there is only one room remaining which is on the 1st floor. The staff said there’s a queen size deluxe room on a higher level, everything is the same except the size of the bed. Hence we took that room instead but to our dismay, the room was much smaller than what we expected. The washroom is the worst with an open-concept sink area situated outside of the washroom and shower cubicle. The tiles in the shower cubicle are clearly not maintained well as there are brownish tile grout everywhere. Not to mention that the mirror at the sink area is quite small as well.
The location of the hotel is good.
