I stayed at Siri Villa Chiang Mai for several nights and overall had a very pleasant experience. The villa is charming, peaceful, and well-kept, making it a relaxing place to return to after a day out. What stood out most was the warm hospitality from Aoy and her team — they were attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming throughout my stay. There were some hiccups during my stay, but the staff handled it with professionalism and were quick to assist. Their service really made a difference and left me with a positive impression despite the small challenges. Overall, a comfortable villa with excellent service staff — I appreciate their effort and hospitality, and would consider returning on my next visit to Chiang Mai.

Our family had an unforgettable experience at Siri Villa Chiang Mai, a beautiful and brand-new hotel that truly stands out for its warmth, comfort, and attention to detail. We booked the Pool Villa, which was absolutely perfect — spacious, stylish, and very private. It was ideal for our family and gave us a wonderful place to relax and enjoy our holiday. From check-in to check-out, the service was exceptional across every outlet. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, but a special thanks goes to Khun Aoy, whose personal care and thoughtfulness made us feel so welcome. She paid attention to every little detail and made sure we were happy throughout the stay. We were also delighted by the complimentary spa service, a relaxing and luxurious experience that we truly appreciated. The daily afternoon tea was another highlight — a charming treat with delicious snacks and drinks. To top it all off, we were surprised with a bottle of wine, a thoughtful gift that made our stay feel even more special. It was a beautiful gesture, and we are so grateful to Khun Aoy for making it happen. The pool suite was quite big, but there were many letdowns: 1. Room – It was spacious, but the swimming pool was so strange! There was absolutely no privacy — everyone could see you swimming or even enter your pool area. Another issue was that the pool was located on the first floor with a ceiling above it. Swimming while staring at the ceiling didn’t feel luxurious at all. 2. No restaurant for dinner – How could this property be rated 5 stars? 3. Breakfast – It was quite adequate, but the food quality was poor. The selection of bread and drinks felt very low quality, more like a 3-star hotel. 4. Service – The staff were nice, but nothing special. Again, it felt more like a 3–4-star experience. 5. Location – The hotel was far from any convenience store, and the road leading to it was dark and didn’t feel safe.

Taking my parents on a trip to Chiang Mai, this hotel was an absolutely fantastic experience! You get what you pay for. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were incredibly attentive, helping with our luggage, checking us in, and even providing complimentary wine and a spa massage. It's conveniently located in the Old City, right next to a temple. The environment is truly wonderful. Situated in the heart of the Old City, it's very quiet and peaceful. Most importantly, the service was superb. The breakfast was plentiful and à la carte, and there was also complimentary afternoon tea. I will definitely stay here again. Service: The front desk has a lovely lady who speaks Chinese; her service is superb.

The hotel has a great location. The villa only has about eight rooms, so there's very little disturbance between guests. The hotel is beautiful and new, with automatic toilets and Dyson hairdryers – quite good for Chiang Mai. There's complimentary afternoon tea and a free spa every day. Everything is decent and quite nice. The minibar is refilled daily. The obvious problem is that the distance between the different room types and the outside walls varies. The hotel has almost no soundproofing; the windows and doors aren't soundproof either. Behind my room are ordinary houses with many parked motorcycles, waking me up every night with loud noise, including the motorcycle alarms of delivery drivers returning at 5 AM. Another issue is the breakfast; it's really bad. It doesn't seem to be prepared by a chef; it's just something hastily made.

I'm so incredibly satisfied!!! I originally booked the City Garden Villa at Siri Villa, but the hotel said the private pool was under maintenance and I couldn't stay there, so they refunded half the room fee and changed me to a suite at Siri Village. I was initially a little disappointed since I chose this hotel specifically for the private pool, but after arriving, I found the suite to be fantastic too!! The room was bright and comfortable, and quite spacious. There's a temple next door, so you can hear the chanting from inside, and in the morning, you can hear birds chirping – so relaxing! The facilities were also very complete, and the bathtub had a large capacity and filled up quickly. A special thank you to Nancy; she speaks fluent Chinese! Her service was attentive and friendly. I was worried that changing to a suite would mean missing out on the free spa treatment, but she still arranged it for me – thank you! I had a wonderful stay here!! I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chiang Mai!! I'll book a villa again next time – hopefully, I can check in smoothly then! Hehehehehehehehehehehe~
