Admirals Quarters Inn

We had the absolute best stay in Boothbay at the Admiral Quarter’s!! Felt so at home and comfortable and the location was perfection! Amplified x 10 by our host Jersey! What a character, but he made us feel welcomed and cared for..such an unexpected bonus to our weekend adventure. Helped with planning and reservations and we truly felt relaxed in the Inn because of him. We will definitely be back Be sure you all take care of Joey too ❤️

Perfect location and service. Room was huge, super clean and comfortable. Love the kitchen access with all of the snacks. July 4th weekend was perfect!!

This small Down East hotel overlooks the harbor and is a short walk from shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable and ours had a great water view. Fresh flowers are cut from the onsite gardens regularly. Guests share additional kitchen and common spaces. Plan on spending time in the evening by the fire pit making s’mores. The manager, ‘Jersey’, was an amazing host. He gave us recommendations and helped us with reservations in town. He went out of his way to make our 40th wedding anniversary a special one. He even helped our friends surprise us with a gift from a local business. We will return again!

What a wonderful time we had at your place! Jersey Joe was so accommodating. He prepared a really nice breakfast for us on our last day. Your location s fantastic! It was our first time in Maine and if and when we come back, especially if we stay in Booth Bay, will be at your place!. Our recent stay at the Greenleaf Inn was absolutely wonderful - we were celebrating my significant other's birthday and had additional family members who were staying at another location in the area - the Innkeeper Jersey provided us all with a warm, gregarious welcome and included our family members as well, inviting them to share the space with us while we were checking in. The area is gorgeous and the Inn's 3rd floor oceanfront terrace provided spectacular views of the harbor - if you are an ocean/sea lover this is the spot for you! Jersey provided us with an excellent dinner reservation which we would not have found without his advice, his excellent hospitality encourages a return visit which we will definitely do! You will not be disappointed with your stay at this lovely inn, quaint rooms with beautiful common space areas to enjoy - the firepit with smores is a wonderful perk! We were staying at the Inn during a big wedding celebration and somehow Jersey found the time to make us feel welcome and tended to during the very busy weekend! If you are staying in Boothbay - this is the spot you want to choose!

We stayed in Room 7, the rooftop suite — private deck, panoramic harbor views, genuinely one of the best rooms of the whole trip. Our host here was wonderfully warm and energetic, clearly loves what he does. Jersey was the best, full of local tips and genuinely happy to have us, including going out of his way with our service dog and to find us lobster and ice cream ! A memorable, personal stay, not just a nice room.

I’ve never felt more genuinely welcomed at an Inn than I did at Greenleaf. The property itself was beautiful, but it was the incredible staff who truly made our stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond at every turn, making sure we had everything we needed and more. It felt like they weren’t just hosting us, they were taking care of us.

We had a great time at the Admirals Quarters. Jersey is a very gracious host (handpicked flowers, breakfast, assistance with reservations and suggestions. Our room was comfortable and had amazing views. The location was great and very walkable. We hope to be back!

We had the pleasure of staying two nights as we were in town for the Aglow festival. The inn provides all the convenience of home. Jersey, the proprietor, has thought of just about everything. Our king bed was super comfortable. The location was awesome as we were able to walk to everything we wanted to do. We look forward to returning to Boothbay Harbor and staying at the Greenleaf.
