Repeat trip with JOYA Hotel, great location, great services. Great hospitality and nice staff especially Ms. 文吉. Requested late check out also happily provided for us. Robot for delivered of take away food and package.
Will choose to stay JOYA chain hotel again next time visit to China.

Clean and very nice decor. A true 5 star standard. The strong water pressure is the cherry on top. Location would be great for business people but a bit far from all other attractions

JOYA Hangzhou is a pleasure to stay in. Amazing contemporary Chinese design. Superb colour palette, thoughtfully furnished and accessorised rooms.
Excellent breakfast, attentive and pleasant service.
Highly recommended.
A swimming pool / spa / sauna would be a welcome addition.
