The lobby's botanical scent is incredibly soothing, and the new Chinese-style design exudes oriental elegance. The "Shang Xia" furniture is top-notch quality. Xiao Yu provided excellent service, arranging our room with great enthusiasm, and even gave us a farewell gift upon checkout. A must-stay when in Hangzhou!

Clean and very nice decor. A true 5 star standard. The strong water pressure is the cherry on top. Location would be great for business people but a bit far from all other attractions
