The room we booked had a very impractical layout. The beds were quite short; my 15-year-old child found the space cramped. It might be okay for children under 10, but not for older kids. There also wasn't enough seating in the room. The bathroom layout was particularly odd, with a mirror directly facing the shower and toilet, meaning anyone outside the bathroom could see reflections of people inside. For a family room, these design flaws and the lack of space were quite inconvenient. Additionally, the walls had rough, protruding surfaces that could easily scratch you. The hotel's only distinguishing feature was a polar bear sculpture; otherwise, it felt more like a guesthouse than a proper hotel. If you don't have high expectations for your stay, it might be an option, but if you value a good guest experience, I strongly advise against it – it was truly awful. On the bright side, their service was quite good. They were responsive to my concerns and tried their best to resolve them, but in terms of hardware, it's definitely not the best choice! The breakfast offerings were unappealing, consisting of very ordinary dishes of low quality. This hotel's quality doesn't align with the price we paid.
