Harbin Polar Bear Hotel

It's a rip-off that the price doesn't include tickets to the Polar World and Ocean Park. At least one should be included, considering Polar World is 150 and Ocean Park is 100. Including tickets would attract more visitors. The only unique feature is being able to see polar bears during breakfast.

This is the first time I've ever given a bad review on Trip.com. I booked a family suite for myself and my child, and when checking in, I specifically asked not to be assigned a room at the very end of the hallway. The front desk assured me it wasn't a 'tail room,' but when I got to the second floor, I found myself walking all the way down a long corridor to a room right by the fire escape. The room door, when opened, directly faced a large bed – what kind of design is that? Anyone with an ounce of sense about room layouts would find it incredibly uncomfortable. The soundproofing was also terrible, and the bathroom didn't have a separate wet and dry area. The toilet was so narrow I kept bumping my hand. If I hadn't been so exhausted from traveling back from Snow Town with my child, arriving around 7 or 8 PM, I wouldn't have stayed in this room even if it were free. I would have immediately booked another hotel. The hotel staff didn't offer any better solutions, claiming there were no other rooms. My child and I ended up squeezed onto the children's bed for a night, and the children's bed sheets weren't even clean – lots of dust and hair. I guess the only upside is that the hotel had activities that engaged my child.
