房間暖和，乾淨整潔！確實是真的非常乾淨整潔！孩子在屋裡打滾兒都行。房間可以很清楚的觀察到北極熊。另外酒店餐廳提供的晚安粥和早飯都非常乾淨美味，還可以一邊看北極熊一邊吃飯。另外酒店還有很多親子及小童活動，不用擔心孩子晚上沒事做，家長也能休息放鬆一下。帶孩子來住一兩晚絕對值得。

環境：酒店就在極地公園裡麪，環境優美，逛館方便，房間面積大，裝飾漂亮有趣。孩子很喜歡。
服務：服務態度好，有很多小孩參加的活動，孩子玩得很開心，不捨得回家，大堂還有免費的水和冰淇淋。
衞生：酒店乾淨衞生舒適，早餐樣式多，美味。
設施：酒店設施多，很多北極熊的裝修，而且餐廳走廊很多地方都可以直接看到北極熊，贊！
