Just opp train and bus stations, which are connected to a mall also. Very nice looking rooms with good bed n mattress. Breakfast is nice spread also. Reception staff are helpful. Walkable to old town and also trams nearby.

The hotel stay is fantastic with convenient place to the old Town. The staff especially Patryk is extremely helpfuland friendly and helped us all the way with extra miles.

Exceptional service from the check-in reception to the restaurant staff for breakfast. We had a very good time enjoying our stay at the hotel. It is located just opposite Galeria shopping mall and the central station with excellent connectivity like trains, trams and buses to other places and the airport. It is also within walking distance to the old town. An excellent choice for those who wants the modern comfort and access to old town vibe.

Room was as expected. Tidy but clean. Limited amenities. Great location next to train station and shopping mall, walking distance from old town. Restaurant downstair was a bit pricy

The location was the best, right next to main station, big shopping mall, and tram stops. The room was modern ( it is either very well maintained or recently renovated ). The breakfast was great. It even provide juicer machine where you can make fresh juice by yourself (choices are: apple, carrot, beetroot). Something that I rarely see even in five stars hotel. The most amazing is the hospitality of the staff. We received welcome wawel chocolate during check in and polish pretzel during check out. Special thanks to the receptionist, Ola for passionately explaining the major tourist attractions in the city ( seriously, you have the talent to become a tour leader ;-) ). Also not to forget special thanks to Anita for recommending local polish restaurant and offered welcome chocolate. Both are amazing staff and I can feel their sincerity when serving guest, so make sure you treat them well Mercure, they are your assets :)

Lovely hotel with an excellent location, very close to the old town and the train station. Everything is within walking distance. I was pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade. Thank you for the great hospitality. 🥰

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Experience Overall I had a great stay at the hotel. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the overall atmosphere felt very well maintained. I was pleasantly surprised by the unexpected upgrade, the suite was spacious, comfortable, and definitely one of the highlights of my visit. The food was also really good, and I enjoyed the options available. However, it would be even better if there were a few more chicken dishes on the menu. Overall, a wonderful experience and I’d definitely consider staying here again.

Good hotel very close to the railway station. Clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms can be a bit noisy.
