Lotus Cymbidium Sinense Zen Art River View Hotel

I had a very satisfying stay. The hotel is beautiful, and both the facilities and service are top-notch. I received a complimentary upgrade to a deluxe river-view room, and opening the window revealed stunning views of the Tuojiang River. The location is also fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk from the ancient town, perfectly avoiding the noise of the central area. The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to the ancient town at any time, which is very convenient. Next time I visit Fenghuang, I will definitely stay here again.

Facilities: Excellent, with a comfortable new Chinese-style decor. The hot water supply was plentiful and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We were very satisfied. The front desk staff (butler) was fantastic, helping with parking and luggage. They were very enthusiastic, and we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The location is incredibly peaceful, the breakfast is excellent, the hotel quality is superb, the design is amazing, the customer service is fantastic, and the Instagrammable spots are gorgeous. If you haven't booked, stayed, or visited, you're missing out big time!

The room was very spacious and clean, and the amenities were well-stocked. The night view from outside was also beautiful, and it was very quiet at night. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they even helped us book a car when we had trouble finding one. Because it was raining, they also walked us to the car with an umbrella, which we really appreciated.

I really loved this hotel located downstream of the Tuo River. The staff were incredibly warm, just like family. They even provided shuttle service to the ancient town. The room was very clean, and being away from the hustle and bustle of the streets upstream, it was wonderfully quiet at night. In the mornings, I could take beautiful photos of the peaceful river from my room's balcony, with the misty mountains across the way. This is exactly what a perfect vacation feels like.
