ALRITZ ALMADINAH HOTEL

Al ritz is very recomended for staying in Madinah. The location is near nabawi mosque, the staffs are quite friendly.

Best thing is location to Mosque. Its very near. Within 5 minute one can reach courtyard. I wanted a room where there no carpets as one of family member has allergy to carpet dust. And this room has hardfloor that suits our need. Room is spacious. And housekeeping is regular and good.

Good for location only, no washroom slipper, no tooth kit, no extra water bottles even at request

The hotel is very close to the Haram, and we’ve enjoyed our stay. Mr Younus, who cleaned our room every day, was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is lucky to have such a good employee. We would happily stay here again.

I booked a triple bed room, but the hotel generously upgraded us to a suite room at no extra charge. It was such a lovely surprise! The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Thank you to the hotel team for the thoughtful gesture — it made our stay even more memorable.

I recently stayed at this hotel and can confidently say that the experience exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, everything was handled with exceptional professionalism, care, and attention to detail. The level of service provided truly felt outclass and made the stay both comfortable and memorable. One of the most impressive aspects of the hotel was the cleanliness. Every area—whether it was the room, bathroom, corridors, or common spaces—was spotless and extremely well maintained. Housekeeping deserves special appreciation for their consistency and dedication. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, fresh towels were provided, and everything was arranged neatly, giving a real sense of comfort and hygiene. The staff were outstanding. They were polite, respectful, and always willing to help with a warm and welcoming attitude. Any request or question was handled promptly and professionally, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their hospitality created a relaxed and positive environment throughout the stay. The room itself was well equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the room was peaceful and pleasant. Everything worked perfectly, from lighting to amenities, which added to the stress-free experience. Overall, everything about this hotel was perfect—from service and cleanliness to comfort and management. It is rare to find a place where all aspects are maintained at such a high standard. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality accommodation, whether for family, business, or religious travel. I will definitely choose this hotel again in the future and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. A truly excellent stay from start to finish.
