I booked a triple bed room, but the hotel generously upgraded us to a suite room at no extra charge. It was such a lovely surprise! The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Thank you to the hotel team for the thoughtful gesture — it made our stay even more memorable.

The room was cleaned thoroughly every day, fresh towels were provided, and everything was arranged neatly, giving a real sense of comfort and hygiene. The staff were outstanding. They were polite, respectful, and always willing to help with a warm and welcoming attitude. Any request or question was handled promptly and professionally, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Their hospitality created a relaxed and positive environment throughout the stay. The room itself was well equipped, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The bed was very comfortable, allowing for a restful sleep, and the overall atmosphere of the room was peaceful and pleasant. Everything worked perfectly, from lighting to amenities, which added to the stress-free experience. Overall, everything about this hotel was perfect—from service and cleanliness to comfort and management. It is rare to find a place where all aspects are maintained at such a high standard. Good hotel. Very good rooms with a great space. Good location

Location is good besides that its not worth the price they charge. They ran out of towels - cleaning had to be requested few times, most rooms don’t have any view beside adjacent buildings so you can open curtains at all.

Very good hotel overall. The buffet was excellent, and the staff working there were extremely polite, kind, and attentive—they served us very well. The location is also very good and nearby to key places. Highly recommended.

Overall everything was perfect. Only complain I have is related to breakfast. They do have a variety but not of a quality that I liked. I did get the fresh omelet each morning but didn't try anything from the buffet. Adding a rice option will be excellent. Many kids can handle plain rice.
