The most beautiful resort!! Direct access to the beach where you can do sea turtle release. Perfect sunrise!! Nice pool and good food. Very very pretty palm trees everywhere!! Def gonna come back someday!

The hotel environment is great, but the room facilities are outdated. The male staff member who checked me in was incredibly impatient and unprofessional, which immediately put me off. It's quite close to the pier. The restaurant has a nice sea view. Overall, the service staff really let it down.

The service was excellent; many hotels could learn a thing or two from here. The scenery was lovely, though unfortunately, I missed the sunrise as I woke up at 7:30. There was only one power outlet in the room, and it wasn't near the bed, which was a bit inconvenient, but everything else was good.

I booked 3 rooms with my family. Our stay was a pleasant and memorable one. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the company of your loved ones, this is it. The rooms were comfortable and clean. It had a nice pool, the breakfast had good variety and the food was delicious. You could wake up early to watch the sunrise. Overall it was a good stay and highly recommended if looking for a holiday in banyuwangi.

The environment is great, close to the sea, perfect for a vacation. I recommend everyone to come and visit. The Beach Hotel in Banyuwangi is a good choice for a holiday, the pool is very clean, it's convenient for activities, and the service is good too.

Location is close to the ferry port which is the reason why we stay there. But the location is very close to the mosque and the prayer starts at 5AM. It is quite loud and I could not sleep after that. Just beware of this especially when you travel to Indonesia. There is no elevator and if you stay in the upper floor, pls note that you have to carry your suitcases up or you can get the concierge to do that. I am not sure why when we get out of lobby area to the rooms there are steps which we have to carry the luggages when we want to reach the room. Otherwise the breakfast is great and it is in front of the beach and you get to enjoy the sea view.
