This was the first time my friend and I visited Chengdu for a holiday. Before the trip, we spent quite some time researching hotels by reading reviews and ratings, and eventually decided to book Urcove by Hyatt Chengdu Wenshu Monastery through Trip.com. Initially, we booked a family room because the room options for the flight + hotel package were limited. However, I left a message on Trip.com requesting a possible upgrade or change to an Executive King Room. To our pleasant surprise, upon arrival, the hotel staff informed us that they had kindly acceded to our request — which truly made our day! The room was extremely spacious, beautifully designed, and absolutely outstanding, with a decent view from the 10th floor. It was sparkling clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything felt very well maintained. One highlight we really appreciated was the free self-service laundry and dryer, which guests can use without even needing to bring detergent, as the machines are fully equipped. The hotel’s location is also excellent — very convenient and close to popular attractions such as Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making it easy to get around and explore the city. As a lovely final touch, the hotel even gifted us panda wristbands and a panda fridge magnet during check-out, which was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture. On top of that, the breakfast was good and satisfying, offering a great start to the day. Overall, we had a truly wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chengdu. Special thanks to Vivi and the entire team for their warm hospitality and excellent service! 这是我和朋友第一次来成都旅游。出发前，我们花了不少时间在 Trip.com 上查看酒店的评价和评分，最终选择了 成都文殊坊 URCOVE 凯悦臻选酒店。 由于机票+酒店套餐的房型选择有限，我们最初预订的是家庭房。不过，我还是在 Trip.com 上留言，希望如果有可能可以帮我们升级或更换为行政大床房。没想到在我们抵达酒店时，前台工作人员就告诉我们，他们已经帮我们满足了这个请求，真的让人非常惊喜，也非常感动！ 房间非常宽敞，设计感十足，整体感觉非常高级，而且我们住在 10 楼，视野也相当不错。房间打扫得一尘不染，床铺非常舒适，让人每天都能睡个好觉。我们特别喜欢的一点是，酒店提供 免费的自助洗衣机和烘干机，而且机器内已配备洗衣液，完全不需要自带，真的非常贴心。 酒店的位置也非常好，出行十分方便，靠近 春熙路、太古里 等热门景点，无论是购物还是观光都很方便。 退房时，酒店还贴心地送了我们 熊猫手环和熊猫冰箱贴，作为成都之行的纪念，真的很可爱！另外，酒店的 早餐也很不错，种类丰富，味道也令人满意。 总体来说，这次入住体验非常棒，强烈推荐来成都旅游的朋友选择这家酒店！特别感谢 Vivi 和整个团队 的热情接待和周到服务，让我们的成都之行更加完美。
