Lakeview Inn

Run down inn. Pretty from the outside but dreadful inside. We had a 2 night stay in September 2026. Room not made up after 1st night. Pillows uncomfortable and ancient. Clearly no financial investment in years. Fire doors did not close properly. Wooden fire escape with badly flaking paint. Shower affected by other guests running water. Tried to play pool on first evening. Rudely told it was too late despite it being before 9.30pm and info said could play until 10pm. When we pointed this out we were told that Anthony was in the shower and he had the pool balls. Eventually they were given to us by Anthony sullenly. Breakfasts were served which was nice but all very unhealthy on the 2 mornings we stayed apart from a very small dish of fresh fruit on the 2nd morning. This was served along with a cake with banana and maple syrup and a slab of chocolate cake. This dreadful experience cost us 610 dollars including tax for the 2 nights. We will certainly never be back.

The hospitality at the Lakeview was over the top. Our needs were accomated. The breakfasts were fantastically healthy and delicious. The room was spotless. The entervironment was relaxing and peaceful.

Had a wonderful time at Lakeview Inn. The Inn was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were very nice. The owners were so friendly and attended to our every needs. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice quiet getaway.

Great quaint Inn. The host were so nice and welcoming! Room was very nice, spotless and cozy. Comfortable great room. Loved all the unique treasures displayed. Delicious breakfast along with homemade chocolate chip cookies on registration. Hope to return at another time.

Well, we were on the 4th floor of an old building with steep stairs and no elevator . That was tough, a lot of climbing and hauling stuff up. Breakfast ended at 9, which is too early. But it is right around the corner from the lake where the wedding venue we went for was. For a bnb with no extras, it was great.

Great location, room was clean, breakfast was good and staff was pleasant and helpful. Can't ask for much more. Would recommend for no frills accommodations.

The room was clean, the staff was incredibly kind, breakfast was delicious!

Breakfast was very good. Overall a good experience

Very quaint bed and breakfast. The staff are so welcoming and helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Such picturesque surroundings. Breakfast was solid but not a large selection of items.
