The Trade Boutique Hotel

Nice place. Everything was new. We had the 2 bedroom place. You also get a welcome drink on the rooftop.Convenient location. Walking distance to many places. Many restaurants and cafes and bars and shops around. Super friendly staff. Very helpful. They also parked our car for us. You have to arrange for extra parking with them for across the street in a parking garage.

This is hands down the top hotel we stayed at in South Africa. We were quite anxious as first time travellers to South Africa (which after the trip we realised we needn't be), and the wonderful staff at Trade Hotel eased us in. My dad loved them so much he still speaks fondly of them. They went all out to ensure our comfort, giving us tips on the safe and fuss free places to visit, where not to go (including a market we had wanted to visit), and World Cup tips [included in the price it seems ;)] . Hotel was highly securely, super safe, and as you can see from the photos, very aesthetic. We walked everywhere. Thank you for this most wonderful stay.

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Rooftop bar was picturesque with views of Table Mountain

The hotel was lovely and staff very helpful. Breakfast was good and fresh.alp the decor around the hotel was just like photos. There was an incident regarding security of my room and reception were very supportive and patient in reviewing all the CCTV footage. I was ensured staff would be formally approached about the incident. The hotel gave me a room stay for the day afterwards and accommodated any request.

Great convenient location with lots of nice bars within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Love the chic decor. They also have a nice rooftop bar with fun cocktails. Only gripe was that my room was never cleaned during my 3 night stay, even though I hung the Clean Me sign on the door. Was told that it was because there was a worker strike and they were understaffed. A pity as this would otherwise have been a perfect experience!

Such a great hotel option, definitely coming back. Lots within walking distance, very friendly staff and the rooms were very nice. Only reason for not putting 5 stars on facilities is because the pool could be easily heated, since it's not that big (it isn't, so the water is VERY cold), the rooftop bar could have some food options, even if just sandwiches. Nevertheless, both pool and rooftop are great, so it isn't criticism as such, just a couple of things that could just make it perfect!

Perfect location amongst some great bars and restaurants. Always felt safe and secure in the hotel. Quirky decor and comfortable bed at a great price.
