W Barcelona

The location of W Barcelona is fantastic, and the views are stunning. We booked a king room facing the ocean, and the scenery was breathtaking. The front desk staff were warm, professional, and friendly. Storing our luggage was convenient, and getting a taxi was easy. We will definitely come back next time. The rooftop terrace restaurant is a great spot for taking photos with amazing views.

An exceptionally wonderful hotel with super delicious breakfast! The staff were all warm, friendly, and spoke fluent English, making communication a breeze. The room was spacious and the facilities were brand new. The location is prime! I highly recommend trying the Mallorcan eggs at the Fire restaurant for breakfast—they smell and taste so, so good!!!

A pleasant stay with a sea view. Convenient for walks along the beach, and the service was good. The room facilities are a bit old, but overall it was fine. If you want to add breakfast, you have to add all breakfasts to get the discounted rate, which is a bit unreasonable.

This is my second time at W Barcelona. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so it wasn't too crowded. Both times, checking in took a long time. I paid to upgrade to a king room with a view at the front desk, which came out to about 5000 a night, but honestly, it felt pretty average. There are no shops or Chinese restaurants nearby, and ordering delivery takes forever. The bar on the 2nd floor closes quite early; we barely had any time to relax before it shut down. Breakfast was good and tasty, but the staff were so busy that getting our coffee took ages.

This was an awful experience. There was heavy rain in Barcelona, and all flights were canceled, meaning we couldn't fly back to Barcelona. Despite this being a very special circumstance, they refused to cancel our booking or even reschedule it. Their attitude was arrogant, as if it had nothing to do with them, and they still charged the room fee. So, I guess their staff will never encounter such special situations, and their flights will never be canceled, right? Next time, I'll make sure to read more reviews before booking a hotel. Don't book this kind of terrible hotel; even budget hotels are better.

Great location, but the room was just okay! The hotel was crowded and quite noisy.
