Fantastic - they were brilliant-the downside was that they didn’t have a escalator being two flight of stairs they had a exceptional staff

The staff were very courteous, friendly, and always ready to assist with a warm smile. The property has a beautiful and peaceful atmosphere, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy the natural beauty of Neil Island. Our stay was comfortable, and the overall experience was truly pleasant. A special thanks to the entire team for their great hospitality and for making our stay so enjoyable. Samsarra at Neil is a brand new and lush green hotel with small but beautiful pool. Hotel staff is warm and welcoming especially at the multi cuisine restaurant Malacca — special shout to Girish and Prince. North Indian food was especially good at the restaurant and the ambience is very relaxing as it looks directly into the manicured lawns. What to do - The sunset point is a 15 min walk away (either beach or by road) and highly recommended. - Hire a cycle or scooty and drive around independently - Lakshanpur Beach no 2 is also a short drive away (15-20 mins by cycle)

We had an amazing experience at Sea Shell Samsara Resort. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the overall ambience is perfect for a relaxing and memorable vacation. The hospitality and service were excellent, making our stay truly special. A special mention to Girish and Deepak for their outstanding support, warm hospitality, and helpful nature. They made sure we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. Their dedication and friendly attitude truly made a difference in our experience. Good, well maintained property. Clean large rooms. Good food with great service. Kabir specifically was really attentive through all our meals over a 2 nights stay.
