Bad review, bad review! We arrived at 3 PM, and the front desk told us the room wasn't ready, and we'd have to wait 15 minutes, suggesting we go to the spa area first. After 15 minutes, there was a different person at the front desk who said they couldn't predict how long it would take. I mean, seriously? Isn't 3 PM check-in the bare minimum? After an hour and a half, the front desk manager offered to switch rooms and check us in. But then, as soon as we entered the new room, we found a previous guest's nail clippings... By this point, my mood was completely ruined. Is this the kind of service you get from a hotel featured on a 'scenic beauty' list? Even though we eventually received complimentary drinks and free parking, we were still utterly speechless...

Was great to stay for long weekend with kids. Nice facility, pool, cafeteria, and easy parking "except" one unacceptably bad experience I had faced with a staff. He was working in the kitchen to make omelet and rudely complained about my English and refused to make omelet as I asked, with saying he cannot understand my English which is poor. This happening nearly ruined our lovely breakfast just by his rudeness. I just cannot believe that how come this happens in such international hotel. I have reported to cafeteria manager but didn't hear any feedback or follow ups on this.

The hotel was good, hiwever the spa was closed for maintenance which we were informed late so we were not able to cancel it. Other than that all was good.

Walked in and thought I picked a great place. Got to our room and lived with regret. Very very small and the shower is separated from the bed by a curtain.
