Clean and nice.
I like that it came with a washing machine
I managed to wash d family’s laundry and got it dry during the stay.
Housekeeping was nice, gave us extra bottle of water

A stylish hotel with a fantastic central location. The room was clean and modern, and the staff were incredibly helpful. Great value for money. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

Room is spacious and location is good It is right next to kL Tower and is within walking distance of about 7mins to KLCC.
The amenities are not topped up after used and has to call to ask it.

The room is nice and clean. Second times stay in the hotel. At center and easier go anywhere when u got ur own transport. Either grab will be nice also.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was good and the staff were friendly. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The facilities were well maintained, and my room was spacious and comfortable. Definitely great value for money. Breakfast was decent with a nice mix of Malaysian delights like nasi lemak as well as Western options. Overall, a satisfying experience and I would recommend this hotel to both business and leisure travelers.

I stayed at Oasia Suites from 25th to 28th. I arrived around 12 PM, but since check-in is at 3 PM, I requested early check-in. They allowed it but charged 200 RM, which I paid. Unfortunately, no staff assisted me on the way to the room.
After one day, I found water leaking in both rooms from the AC units, which was very disappointing given the price. Service cleaned it up, but it shouldn’t have happened.
The location is good, but the breakfast was average—about 40 RM, with limited food and variety. Overall, not a satisfying experience for the cost.
