the room was gorgeous and clean the view from room and pool was spectacular but im a big disappointed about refunding my deposit they tell me the deposit will refund after 3 days after checking suddenly i get my refund after 3 weeks i approach them avery week , first 3 day they tell me will refund in that day ,but i didn't get my refund same as a week after that until 3 weeks i tell them if i didn't get my refund by today i will take action!!.. and after that i got my refund .. very disappointed about the service.. not to mention about the elevator breaking down during my stay , about that i understand becouse that was an unexpected thing

It's location has a little longer travel time to the tourist spots due to traffic. For a group of family I can say it's good since and affordable.

The place i terms of location is great as it is in the city of kuala lumpur hence not far to places of attraction. But, unfortunately it is the most inconvenient stay i have stayed for homestay. I travel alot so convenience is key for me. (1) Check in time was 4pm though i got to request early check in by 3pm so that helps (2) the no self check in and check out was troublesome. (Yes there were instructions of where to go and etc but it was just so inconvenient having to go to reception do this and tht, sign this and tbat when all these cna be done digitally. (3) U need to request to get access to pool so we need to 'plan' and cant randomly go (4) the furniture - table was very wobbly (5) bathroom bidet had its own way of functioning

Me, my wife, my kids all were subject to dirty linen and bed bugs. We raised this to the management but they insisted their sheets were clean. I volunteered to pay for the night I stayed, and refund only the nights that hadn't passed, they refused and started ignoring my WhatsApp. I went to IKEA and bought my own 300RM pillow and true enough I had no more such itches. They denied the bed bugs but look at the pictures of my son's hand.

Check in and check out is fast but my deposit still not receive. Spoke with their staff and told that i will receive my deposit on 16th Oct but never receive. Contacted them again on 17th Oct and said will deposit bur never receive. Check out on 14th October 2024 and its been 3 days. I have to chase them for my deposit. This is my first time staying at a Homestay and it will surely be my last. Horrible experience.

check in: take too long time, only 1 staff at the counter. suddenly another 1 staff came and attend people q behind me. and me still waiting for the check in. the staff talking on the phone while attending me. so bad service. NO CLEAR INSTRUCTION FOR THE CHECK IN. THE RESIDENCE GOT 3 BLOCKS! Need to find our unit by our own!!! Parking instruction also not clear!!!!!! NOT RECOMMENDED FOR BIG FAMILIES with kids. Swimming Pool: The aunty not allowed my kids to enter the pool since they have ni swimming pool attire. but wearinf jersey. I saw other kids inside the pool wear t shirt & cotton wear!!! how come???? stupidity!!! The unit is okay facing KLCC, and all rooms was good. Thats the plus point. OVERALL,NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THE SERVICE. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
