This didn’t feel like a 5 star service, very slow, nothing special, room service was limited and overpriced for the experience I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was an amazing experience to get married there and spend the night.
The rooms are excellent. It’s an old American embassy historic building renovated smartly.
The service is spot on. I’d definitely recommend to stay there if you want to spend your vacation at the heart of the European side of Istanbul.

酒店位置很好，離獨立大街很近，周圍餐館酒吧林立。我們定的房間是LOFT，房間佈置很有品，一天3次打掃衞生，提供英國產的植物洗護產品大瓶裝（不可以帶走哦，否則要收費的），酒店的餐廳以前是美國大使館，住店客人可以去喝喝下午茶，或吃飯喝酒，裏面裝修還挺不錯。

看到很多人推薦．但我真的想吐槽．不太推薦來住.房間風格説真有點像香港TUVE．但這裏最基本的價格我已經能住到TUVE最好的房型了．而且廁所很侷促．要服務也沒有服務．不會主動拿行李．那天離開的時候拿着相機拍了下外面街景的照，轉回來想拍下酒店的，後面覺得沒什麼好拍也沒有拍．然後外面那工作人員叫我不要拍照．拜託你讓我拍也不太想拍好不好．看見行李不會主動拿下也就算了，再對比下柏悦我們走的時候兩個工作人員跟出來拿行李開車門還説了各種暖心的話．真的對比有夠明顯的．如果真要説最滿意的就是房間的曲奇很好吃．還有收拾房間的人和你打招呼的時候那個笑容

沒去之前不知道還有地下室的房間.一開始給我們兩間地下室房間.交涉了兩次前台都説沒有房間.後來第三次交涉又説可以換一間樓上的房間.我們攜程投訴.折騰了好久又説樓上有房間.最後都給我們換了.但是巨影響心情.地下室三間房極其昏暗.白天如黑夜.最關鍵的是燈光還極度昏暗.類似於鬼片裏的那種**.除了出遊方便點沒有任何性價比.謹慎入住吧.而且我嚴重懷疑是因為歧視才給的我們這種房間.建議攜程拉黑這酒店.不然嚴重影響出遊心情.我飛上萬公里來住**來了嗎.
