Even though I arrived at the hotel late at night, the front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful, for which I was truly grateful. The room was spacious and clean, making my stay very comfortable. I also visited the gym in the early morning — it was large, well-equipped, and I had a great time working out. In addition, the breakfast was great!!!

A snow storm hit the weekend I came to Boston. The concierge service was a delightful help and very informative.

作為一名佛系的黑鑽會員，基本不對一個酒店做負面評價，但波士頓洲際酒店突破了我的認知，簡直無法與五星級酒店的標準相匹配，從沒有住過如此糟糕的洲際，建議大家但凡有別的選擇都不要選擇這裏。
長途跋涉晚上21:30辦理了入住，本想趕緊洗澡睡覺，結果房間裏沒有浴袍和拖鞋，以為酒店忘記放了，打電話詢問，對方説酒店拖鞋用完了，昨天運輸出了些問題，沒送到，沒有任何歉意，我忍了。第二天下午16:00辦完事情回酒店，居然還是沒有浴袍和拖鞋，打了電話結果25分鐘後浴袍才送到（這服務簡直了），仍然沒有拖鞋，有些生氣了，前往前台溝通，仍然是敷衍的説運輸過程出了些問題還沒到，毫無歉意。我有些生氣的要求對方解決問題，結果出來一位客户經理，説運輸是他們無法控制的，我不該一直要求他們，我就奇了怪了，本來就是酒店的責任還責怪我不該要求他們！我在國外跑了那麼多年，能從她的語言中真切的感受到對中國客人的冷漠、厭煩和歧視，並且毫不在乎的樣子。
選擇了這樣的酒店算我的錯，但絕不會再有第二次！也提醒其他國內的朋友謹慎選擇。

挺適合和朋友一起出去玩的時候住的，第一次住這這個酒店服務挺好的，旁邊有一個海洋館離得很近，離唐人街也不遠，很方便。我們還去了美術館也特別舒服。
