Manhua Sea of Flowers features a "flower sea amusement park" and is themed around "enjoying a floral lifestyle." It has planned and developed multiple functional sections, including flower sea viewing, fine flower exhibitions, science education and study tours, wedding events, specialty cuisine, and family-friendly recreation. It artistically layouts more than 20 distinctive attractions such as the Energy Flower Tower, the Winding Flower Sea, the Millennium Peony Garden, and the French Rose Garden. It is a leisure flower-viewing destination near Chengdu with distinctive features, diverse functions, a vivid layout, and a relatively large scale. It is a frontrunner in Chengdu's rural tourism, a renowned modern version of the "City of Flowers" in Chengdu, and "the backyard of Chengdu's residents." Tulip flower festival

In spring, at Manhua Sea of Flowers, where millions of flowers are in full bloom. Over a million tulips imported from the Netherlands, in a riot of colors and outstanding beauty, are bursting into bloom. The sunflowers here are imported from abroad; a single plant bears dozens of flower buds on its slender stems, radiating tremendous strength.
