A scam. Absolutely doesn't deserve its stars. The spa is ok, as is the bar. The rest is to be avoided. Very disappointing, rustic room, poorly maintained, non-functional toilets, worn (and crooked!) furniture. Nothing good to say.

What a desappointment ! The customer relations and management of this establishment are deplorable because they are systematically in denial when a problem arises. And there are clearly a number of questions. Some examples experienced this week: fixed "fine" when a dish on the imposed menu is not suitable (even though we do not know the menu in advance), reprimand of an employee in front of customers, "forgetfulness" of a family event although well announced when booking, difficulty in being served a drink at the bar because the employees were busy with an administrative task. And all this for high prices compared to the services. (14 euros for a very ordinary spritz). Note, however, that the gastronomy is of a good level. But remember that the menu (90 euros all the same) is imposed and that there is therefore no possible choice. Too bad for you if you don't like a planned dish. Obviously no recognition of these grievances by the customer relations manager who goes so far as to criticize the competition to justify herself... A strange mentality that we sense in the responses made to the criticisms on these pages. A quick word about the equipment: a swimming pool, a sauna, a hammam and… that’s it! No, because there is also a corridor pompously called sensory path which consists of walking towards jets of water that are alternately cold and hot... Moreover, it is almost impossible to really swim in the pool: given its size it quickly becomes overcrowded . So we splash around, making a few stops near the pressurized water jets. In short, move on! There are enough other spa hotels in the region and in particular in the same village which have much more important equipment and above all a professional attitude worthy of their profession.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend which included early arrival, buffet lunch, spa and evening meal. Nice welcome at all levels, the service overall was very good, except at midday when we had to call the waiter to get the drinks menu after several minutes of waiting in full sun. Beyond that, a really good lunch and dinner, we ate very well. On the other hand, if you arrive earlier at 10 a.m., it is a shame to have to return to reception at 3 p.m. to check in your room. This customer journey is regrettable and does not allow 100% relaxation because we have to look at the clock to check in and think about not swimming so as not to arrive soaked at the reception. In addition, arriving in a bathrobe in the hall where it is cooler and where the other customers are dressed is not very pleasant. Nice spa, but we quickly get on top of each other. The big downside is the room, in an old-fashioned style and a bathroom with a bathtub not protected by a curtain or anything else, which leads to a lot of water loss on the floor. We will still note good bedding.

Wonderful quiet and relaxing hotel. A magnificent setting, a simply incredible room. As a loyal customer of the Logis Hotel hotel group, we have exceptional value for money. From the very welcoming and friendly staff from reception to the Spa and restaurant staff. A magical Spa space.

We spent one night in this hotel with my partner. We had booked a “standard” room, and I will only have one word to remember: A SHAME. More than €300 per room, for a total stay of €660 with meal and massage, you will find much better elsewhere! We knew the bathroom wasn't renovated, but here it was just run down. Black joints, torn curtains, marks on the walls, humidity on the ceiling! After a shower, the bathroom turned into a swimming pool, an employee had to come with a mop to wring everything out. No commercial gesture. I was impatient to discover this place, but I left only with bitterness, and the impression of having been robbed. The spa was nevertheless pleasant with a beautiful view of the forest and the exquisite meal! In conclusion, this hotel is not worthy of a 4 star (for this room) even though you will pay the same price!

Exterior quite good, reception a little cold, waiting after check-in in a nice corner of the entrance but no welcome drink for example... The room is OK although a little dated, old-fashioned power socket (at low to the ground) no USB socket... Bathroom tastefully redone and functional, but magnifying mirror whose light is poor. The bedding was very good however. In terms of restaurant, excellent meal! Nothing to say, really very good cuisine. On the other hand, wine list at unjustified prices, table service...not 4th star. I reported a sticky part on the table to the waitress who checked it herself. after 10 minutes no one bothered to take care of it. So I soaked the cloth from the champagne bucket and cleaned it myself. Staff a little overwhelmed and not efficient. A waiter who brings 3 plates on a tray, placed on a table...another waiter who takes plate by plate to serve???? how effective! It was truly a spectacle to see all this coming and going over not much. The SPA, as already noted in other reviews: Always full, so no deckchair available. It's the same as seaside hotels, booking deckchairs when they open... it's boring. Not suitable for the number of hotel guests. We spent two days in this hotel, but the price is really not justified in this case. For check out, also a complicated billing problem to resolve. Lots of dysfunction for a so-called 4 star hotel. Too bad, you can find a lot better elsewhere.
