We had a wonderful stay at the hotel! 1. The hotel offers complimentary pick up/drop off from train station. 2. The service standard is 6 stars! We remarked that we're staying for a special occasion the hotel went the extra mile to decorate the room + offered a complimentary upgrade to a suite for us. 3. The hotel offers a lot of extra products and services like free cucumber mask/ free service laundry etc- the list is extensive. 4. Opposite a park for a relaxing stroll. Overall, I highly recommend it!

This is one of the best hotels in Asia. The place is 100% clean and the service people are extremely friendly and capable. The dinner menu is spectacular and we ate dinner three nights in a row in the horel because of the quality, imagination and presentation of the food. Why should we go outside?? The guest room was spacious, clean and quiet. The people who service the floor knew exactly what to do.

One of the best hotels we have ever stayed. The room is spacious and customer service is excellent. Staff assisted us with the laundry so we did not have to do it ourself. The buffet breakfast has a variety of choice. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Zhangye.

Very tastefully furnished, very clean, has all the amenities you need and the staff were super friendly. Anything we asked for were delivered promptly and they help wash and dry clothes. A lot of little touches that gives me peace of mind with hygiene.
Breakfast was great too lots of selections.

The best hotel I have ever stayed for the last ten years of my travel around the globe. Even though it does not have the luxury of super 5 star hotels, the service and the staff are incredible. The location is fantastic and opposite to a beautiful park. One feels at home, and comfortable. Amazing experience.

Hotel service is 5-star. Room was very clean and very spacious. Snacks were provided as well as foot bath. Breakfast had many choices. I would definitely come back and bring friends and family. Zhangye is a wonderful town and so beautiful. Thanks so much for taking such good care for us.

We’ve never been to such a excellent hotel like this. Although the price is reasonable but the quality service is top of the notch. The room is spacious, everything is clean and well managed. The customer service staff is friendly, helpful. They gave us warm welcome, helped us to rent a car to visit places near Zhangye. The hotel restaurant is wonderful, we had all our meals in the hotel because the quality of food and the price is far more expected.
Highly recommended.
