Amazing stay at Hotel du Palais de l’Isle in Annecy. The receptionists were both incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The location is absolutely perfect and stunning, right in the heart of the city. The room was fantastic — comfortable and beautifully done. Highly recommended! Definitely will come back again and again!

My stay was ok, the air con was not working (i m staying in Annecy in June for 2 nights). At the first night, we just check in, staff told us the air con was not working. I was a bit disappointed and they were willing to give us 15%off discount on the first night. I went to the room and checked if there was a window so i can open to get fresh air. The room faced the back side of the building and it was very dirty and i couldn’t even open the window, because i afraid the smell will go in the room. But luckily the air con was fixed for the other night.

Highly recommended. Very friendly staff. Excellent location, in the center of the historic center and practically at the beginning. Comfortable room and, for us, a view of the Palais de l'Île. They also have a discount on parking. When we return, we'll stay there. We didn't have breakfast, but it was well-organized.

The room was spacious and clean, with a view of landmarks right outside the window. The restaurant downstairs was quite good, making the location excellent. The only downside was the lack of amenities like shower caps, slippers, and toothbrushes. Of course, this is understandable for a three-star hotel. The price was definitely much higher than a typical three-star hotel, but we all love Annecy, loved the lake, and loved spending a night there—it was all worth it.
