Chongqing Empark Grand Hotel

The breakfast was a huge surprise during this stay! The spring rolls had a crispy skin and rich filling, and the steamed corn was sweet and delicious. The coffee was aromatic and invigorating. Waiter Xiao Yang was kind and provided excellent service. Definitely five stars!

The hotel's complimentary afternoon tea, late-night congee, and nutritious kids' buffet breakfast were all very thoughtful and impressive. The service was absolutely fantastic! 👍👍

Choosing this hotel was the best decision of our entire trip! The front desk lady had such a lovely and sweet smile, and she even gave us a tea souvenir upon check-in. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding that was just the right firmness, allowing me to get some much-needed deep sleep after a tiring journey. Every detail showcased quality. The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation and beautiful surroundings. There's ample parking available, making it easy to get around, and plenty of dining options nearby. The lobby is luxurious and bright, and the welcome tea is a nice touch. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable, and the service is warm, thoughtful, and proactive!

Before I even arrived, Sisi from the lobby proactively contacted me to ask about my arrival time and room preferences. When I got there, I found that everything was arranged perfectly. During my stay, she messaged me to check if everything was okay, and once I confirmed there were no issues, she didn't follow up unnecessarily. At checkout, she reminded me to check for my belongings. Throughout my stay, the communication was concise and to the point, without a lot of chatter, but all the important details were taken care of. The hotel's location is excellent, and the environment is comfortable. It's right next to Guanyinqiao Pedestrian Street, making it super convenient for a relaxing vacation in Chongqing. The lobby also offers complimentary ice jelly and various other Chongqing snacks.

During my stay, there wasn't a lot of unnecessary questioning or excessive pleasantries. Overall, the service was very practical; they did everything they were supposed to.

This hotel feels grand and is located in a bustling area of Chongqing. You can easily head out to Guanyin Bridge for a stroll. The hotel pays attention to details; the rooms are spacious and comfortable with complete amenities. The bed was a bit firm, but the breakfast was rich and varied. Overall, it's pretty good.
