The hotel is located in Kandy, within walking distance of the Temple of the Tooth Relic, Kandy Lake, and the train station. Although small, the hotel is elegant and quiet, offering comprehensive facilities. Two friendly and welcoming ladies at the front desk were very attentive, and the manager was always accommodating, even giving us tea as a parting gift! The photo was taken from my room window.

Hotel in good location, rooms are very spacious, clean and cozzy. Good Value for money. The Manager Mr Bandare and Mr Rifkhan very helpful showed personal attention especially with regards to food choices.

Rooms were reasonably priced, spacious, well appointed and with very effective A/C. They were scrupulously cleaned every day. Staff were efficient, professional and friendly.

Excellent hotel stay with great hospitality and services. Enjoyed good food, ambience and vibes. The rooms are spacious, hygienic and offer a scenic view. Mr Bandara is a very dedicated and nice person, very much impressed with his hospitality and warmth. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone planning their visit to Kandy.

Great stay at Oak Ray City Hotel. The room was very clean and the atmosphere was nice. The location is in the main town, making it easy to access anywhere around the city. Great value for money. Special thanks to Bandara for his very friendly service and for checking in with us about breakfast and everything during our stay.

Our overall experience was excellent. The housekeeping manager Mr. Bandara is very supportive and helpful. The other staff is also very friendly. The rooms and washroom were very clean and had all the amenities. Full value for money. It is recommended for a stay by anyone visiting Sri Lanka and Kandy.
