"It's fate that I went to Sri Lanka for the second time. I went there in October last year. It rained heavily almost every day. It happened to rain heavily when I was in Kandy. I took shelter from the rain in front of this hotel. The clerk warmly invited me to rest inside and ordered ice cream. I actually booked this hotel for the first time. The location is great and it’s right by the lake."

"The hotel is located up the hill overlooking Kandy town. I can see the giant Buddha statue from my room's balcony and it looks amazing! The amenities is very basic but the room is comfortable and clean."
