Landing Jeju Shinhwa = unforgettable stay. Huge resort with 4 hotels, 2 theme parks (yes, including a water park!), night shows + fireworks. Our favourite: Momo Park — close‑up encounters with parrots and other animals. Totally worth the extra fee. Only downside: lots of TV channels but not many international ones. Overall, a super fun and memorable trip.

The room was quite spacious, with one large bed and one smaller one. We received complimentary tickets to Shinhwa Theme Park upon check-in, and the kids had a blast. The highlight was definitely the evening activities at the park – the performances and fireworks were amazing!

The room was a bit small, but quite clean. It's located right in the resort, which has restaurants, a convenience store, and an outlet mall, making it pretty convenient for food, drinks, and entertainment. Theme park tickets were included, which was a lot of fun. Some of the front desk staff can speak Chinese.

Facilities: My room had a balcony. The hotel has a gym and a swimming pool, but you have to pay extra to use them. An outlet mall is right below the hotel, but it doesn't have many brands, though it does have Arc'teryx. Cleanliness: It was decent.

We first stayed here in 2023 and decided to return again because of how much we enjoyed our visit. The hotel remains just as clean and well-maintained as before. It is a family-friendly accommodation option and definitely one of our top recommended choices for this area. Great location, comfortable stay and perfect for families travelling together. We will certainly consider staying here again on our next trip to Jeju.

This resort is out of the world!! It literally is a small town on its own. There’s a foreigner-only ******, restaurants, premium outlets, theme parks, and free parking on site! There’s also plenty of EV Chargers for Electric Vehicles at the outdoor parking. I’d definitely stay here again if I were to head to Jeju again!
