The room was clean and quiet, with new facilities and excellent water pressure. Breakfast was rich and delicious, and the yak meat in the beef noodles was exceptionally large and tender. Restaurant staff were very service-oriented, proactively asking about needs and fulfilling them promptly. The guest rooms are located on higher floors, offering great views. After booking, the hotel called in advance to confirm our itinerary, and our guest butler, Fay, provided attentive service.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with a fantastic design. I love the color scheme and all the decorative details – it feels very stylish and modern. Lucky, the welcoming dog, is also adorable! The room is spacious with a great view, and the small appliances are high-end. There are also many thoughtful functional details. The breakfast restaurant is large with a rich variety of options, and the service is excellent. Downstairs, there's a mall and a subway station, which was perfect for traveling with kids; they absolutely loved it. For a hotel of this caliber, the price offers great value for money.

This hotel exceeded my expectations – incredible value for money! The bathtub was amazing; it filled up in just three minutes, and the water pressure was fantastic. The complimentary Voss canned mineral water was a nice touch. Even though I never eat breakfast, I woke up early just for their beef noodles. All the staff were on point, the service was seamless, and the overall experience was superb.

My stay here was absolutely delightful. The room facilities were subtly luxurious, and the staff were all very enthusiastic. Xiao Qing, one of the staff members, was particularly gentle, polite, and provided thoughtful and attentive service. The overall service experience was excellent, and I felt very comfortable during my stay. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Our hotel room was on the top floor, very spacious, with modern facilities and an amazing view overlooking the entire Dongda Road. The hotel is located within Huanhuan Park, offering convenient access to shopping and dining. Transportation is a breeze, with Metro Lines 2 and 8 right at the entrance. I especially loved the hotel's restaurant; the breakfast and afternoon tea ambiance is elegant and comfortable, perfect for meeting friends or discussing business.

The decor is excellent, and the stay was pleasant. It's very close and convenient. The room type is new, but it would be even better if the hotel amenities were improved. Everything else was quite good; I'll book again next time.

Pros: Very comfortable stay. I loved having a sofa to lounge on, a table to eat at while charging my devices, and a conveniently located luggage rack. The rain shower had excellent water pressure. They even provided a Dyson hairdryer and an iron, which was a nice touch. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were beautiful. The air conditioning was perfectly set and didn't need any adjustments – it's great how new everything felt. Cons: Having to switch elevators to get to the room was a minor inconvenience, but the hotel entrance and the building are separate, unlike some high-rise hotels where you might run into tourists, so I guess it's acceptable. The delivery robot was incredibly slow; it took longer than if the delivery driver had come directly to the hotel. Also, despite being on a high floor, there wasn't much of a view yet, but I'm looking forward to seeing the city develop in the future.

This glowing review is entirely for Lucky, the hotel's dog. As for the service, you could say there was basically nothing to it. After paying extra for an upgrade, I was given a noisy and inconveniently located room. The city view was rundown and dilapidated. The pillows were the most uncomfortable I've ever experienced at any Hyatt. I'm not sure why.
