The hotel has a very convenient location. The small courtyard at the entrance creates a pleasant separation between the property and the outside street. The room features thoughtful design details, and the in-room amenities are quite good, with branded hair dryers, kettles, and coffee machines. The service was responsive to all requests, and food deliveries were brought up by robots. The view from the room was also lovely. Overall, I am very satisfied—it completely outperformed the traditional five-star hotel I stayed at for the past few days. This will be my top choice next time I visit Chengdu.

There is a shopping mall right near the hotel, and The Mixc is not far away either. The location is excellent, making it quite convenient to go to the concert, see the giant pandas, or visit Chunxi Road. As soon as I arrived at the front desk, Holden very patiently showed me three different room types, and finally helped me choose the more spacious one. He also provided me with transportation tips for getting to the concert. The service was thoughtful—thumbs up! All bias aside, the room fit my personal needs quite well. It features a fully smart toilet, great water pressure, a high-end brand hair dryer, and decent bedding. Although it faces the street downstairs, it wasn't noisy at all. If I really had to nitpick, I'd say I prefer liquid soap over bar soap at the sink. This will still be my top choice next time!

It's also very close to Wangjiang Pavilion Park—taking a stroll there on a sunny day is lovely and saves you the hassle of traffic. A special shout-out to Candy for her warm, attentive, and thoughtful service throughout my stay. The Chinese restaurant, Dongda 333, on the 7th floor is definitely worth a visit; the ambiance is stylish, and the Sichuan dishes are authentically flavorful. The guest rooms are quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed. Overall, it was a truly relaxing and pleasant stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Chengdu.

Cons: 1. The check-in process was truly unprofessional. They just said there were no rooms available and then left guests hanging, without even informing me about what was included in my booking package. I only found out about many services I hadn't used when I checked out. This is the first time I've encountered such unprofessional service. 2. The breakfast didn't have any rice dishes, not even simple fried rice, which is unfriendly for people who don't eat noodles or spicy food. Pros: The facilities and cleanliness are definitely excellent, and having a full set of Dyson products is a nice touch. Summary: If you have high expectations for service, I'd advise caution. The best service I received was from the welcoming dog. However, if you don't have high service expectations but prioritize good facilities, then this hotel is suitable.

This was, without a doubt, the most satisfying hotel experience of my Chengdu trip. Candy provided exceptional service throughout my stay. She added me on WeChat in advance, inquired about my arrival time, arranged turndown service, and offered welcome fruits. She also checked daily if I needed room cleaning. She's an outstanding employee and deserves a raise. Another 'burnt out' employee, Lucky, a West Highland White Terrier, was incredibly well-behaved and loved being petted – it was a delightful interaction. The facilities are relatively new and very clean, and the location is excellent. It's not in a noisy area but offers great accessibility. It's directly accessible from Exit G of Dongda Road Metro Station, only four stops from Chunxi Road, and surrounded by three or four shopping malls. It’s perfect for both relaxation and exploring. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Chengdu.

Had a fantastic stay! Candy provided excellent service, always going above and beyond. The room was clean, spacious, and odor-free. Every day, Lucky, a super cute dog, was charming guests in the lobby. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Chengdu!

The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get to Chengdu East Railway Station and Tianfu Airport. It's also very close to the city center. There's even a cute dog at the front desk, like a welcoming mascot! The separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom are a nice touch, though it would be even better if there was a hamper or basket for used towels.
