Hyatt Centric The Ring Chengdu

The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and gave us tons of great recommendations for food and fun. The room was comfortable and clean. We were very satisfied!

Traveling for business this time, I was mainly in the east and, on a friend's recommendation, I tried the Hyatt Centric for the first time. First off, the location is excellent; it's just two stops on Line 2 from the East Railway Station directly to the hotel entrance, which is incredibly convenient. Secondly, the hotel service is fantastic; both the concierge on the first floor and the front desk staff on the seventh floor were warm and polite. The hotel even has a really well-behaved and adorable resident white West Highland Terrier! The hotel itself is very new and has a great artistic vibe. There are charming art pieces in the room that I found very appealing. The facilities are also top-notch. I'll definitely choose this hotel first whenever I'm in Chengdu for work in the future.

The high floor offers fantastic views, and everything in this new hotel feels fresh. The shower has great water pressure and is very comfortable. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job; I always return to a clean and tidy room. Lucky the dog is very well-behaved and cute. The pan-fried buns at breakfast are delicious, clearly made fresh. The beef noodles are even better than my last visit. The egg tarts and croissants at breakfast are superb; unlike some other hotels where the small pastries are greasy and soft, Hyatt's are excellent and tasty, probably freshly baked. I've stayed at several five-star hotels recently, and this one is my favorite, not to mention it has the lowest price, offering incredible value for money. The location is also perfect, right next to the subway entrance. Taxis in Chengdu are a nightmare with all the traffic, so the location truly can't be beaten. The only downside is that even though the hotel has been open for a while, there's still a lingering smell in the hallways and rooms. A air purifier is a must for your stay, and with it, the room is basically odorless. The hallway isn't too big of a deal since you only pass through it quickly when taking the elevator.

The hotel location is excellent, right by the subway after a short walk through the mall. Every staff member was incredibly friendly and greeted me whenever I passed by, which made me feel very welcome. Thumbs up to all the staff! 👍

The hotel environment is comfortable and elegant, room service is prompt and attentive, and the breakfast quality is excellent. The location is also superb, highly recommended! The hotel front desk even has a cute pet, Lucky, who warmly greets every guest, making it very pet-friendly.

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. A special shout-out to the housekeeping auntie (cleaner) – she's so warm and generous, just like a kind neighbor. The room itself was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. I also loved the toiletries; the packaging was really unique, featuring Chengdu dialect phrases. The hotel gym is a big plus too, perfect for anyone who likes to work out.

I originally chose this hotel because it's only 3km from the city center, surrounded by upscale shopping areas, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. From the moment I checked in, the doorman downstairs helped with my luggage and patiently waited while I bought water, truly making me feel at home. The housekeeping staff are always fully uniformed and incredibly thorough with their cleaning. A special thanks goes to Andy at the front desk, who was incredibly patient when I returned late at night, explaining the menu, how to use the TV's screen mirroring, and the restaurant's location. He even patiently helped me search online for a Qingcheng Mountain day tour when I expressed interest. The hotel's restaurant also boasts very authentic Sichuan flavors. The service attitude, from top to bottom, is absolutely perfect. I will definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Chengdu.

The hotel is conveniently located near the subway, making it easy to get to the high-speed rail station. Downstairs, there's a plaza with plenty of shopping and dining options. Its most outstanding feature is the stylish decor. Even the iron and hairdryer in the room are uniquely designed. There's a really special staff member at the front desk – you'll have to discover them for yourself! The rooftop bar is a great spot to relax in the evening, and the bartender makes excellent drinks.

This hotel is located in the heart of Chengdu, offering expansive views from the rooms. It's incredibly convenient for getting to Chengdu East Railway Station, Tianfu Airport, and Shuangliu Airport. The rooms are also very spacious! Although there was a minor issue during my stay, the hotel addressed it professionally, and the duty manager proactively resolved it, which significantly enhanced my experience! The hotel breakfast is also quite unique and definitely worth trying!
