L'Habitation Guesthouse- Adult Exclusive

Staying at this guesthouse was really a very good and not too expensive choice. The room had all you need and the people were so friendly and helpful. Duval Street ist just around the corner. The complimentary breakfast gives you a good start for the day. I will stay here again sometime.

The proximity to Duval was perfect. A very quick walk from the house's quiet street. Front porch drinks during the free vodka bar happy-hour gave us a chance to catch our breaths before diving into the night. The staff members were all attentive and cheerful. Highly recommended.

We loved the location on Eaton between Duval and Whitehead. Drew and Genieve were both super helpful! The front porch is a great place for an afternoon cocktail. Clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Drew, the concierge/bellhop/front desk/billing/breakfast and happy hour set up man (yes he does it all) was absolutely fantastic! He always greets you with a smile and a helping hand - I can't rave enough about the service and hospitality he provided. The house itself was perfect for staying in Key West - you cannot beat the location - directly off of Duval Street where all the action is, yet since it's a block or so off, you don't get any of the foot traffic and noise (except for the rooster wake-up calls in the morning!) There is a lovely front porch as well as a back deck to enjoy breakfast in the morning or a drink at night. The room had everything we needed - full bath (shower only, no tub), super comfortable bed, mini fridge and AC that really pumped that cool air when you needed it. We didn't use the closet but it's nice if you are staying for an extended time to unpack. We also never turned on the TV because there's just so much to do! I don't believe there's an elevator so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues - as well as no parking on site (but you can idle out front to unload/load your car for 10ish minutes), you need to park a few blocks away for free public parking (not an issue for us since we were able to walk everywhere on the island we wanted to go). It was a little pricier than what we expected but honestly totally worth it for the experience and convenience. We'll be back!

Great location in our price range! We loved the front porch and the continental breakfast right near our room. Our bathroom was a bit small and dated but clean.

The cleanliness of the room and the friendly staff. Only stayed one night because of travel changes would definitely stay again as the location is prime.

The room was clean and comfortable, located in a nice spot close to Duval, but still quiet at night. Check-in was easy, thanks to Genevieve. In fact, Genevieve made the stay special; very attentive to our needs and fun to talk to! We would definitely stay here again!
