The Qinhuai River belongs to the right bank tributary of the lower reaches of the Yangtze River. The Qinhuai River is the mother river of Nanjing and witnessed the development of the entire civilization of Nanjing. Thanks to its rich cultural heritage and innate conditions, it was already a place where celebrities gathered in the Six Dynasties. The Ming and Qing Dynasties were the heyday of the development of the Qin and Huai sides. Nowadays, the Qinhuai River sightseeing belt in Nanjing attracts many tourists to visit this place with its beautiful night view. Sitting in the middle of the boat, enjoying the night of the two sides of the pavilion, the breeze, and the Peking Opera, the sound of singing and dancing from time to time. It is really memorable.

Show More ReviewsOverall, it was alright, but I've seen so many night views of ancient cities that they all feel a bit the same. The boat ride was guided by an audio guide and took about 40 minutes round trip. It was reasonably good; not too crowded, and the boat departed when full. The dock was also convenient and easy to find. I think walking along the riverbank would have been even more scenic.
