Lobby is on the 3rd floor. Staff were very attentive and happy with services rendered. Free ample parking space provided. Check-in and out were easy and fast. Kaiseki dinner came in variety, delicious and freshly prepared. Breakfast was delicious using local produce. Public onsen separate for men and women. Private onsen is available but booking was required in advance. Tea drinking area provided, gift shop and foot massage can be found. Lift served the house guests. The prompt house-keeping services provided was appreciated. Toiletries were also provided.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Yumerindo. Staff and service were fantastic from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. They helped park our car, carried our luggage to the room and made sure we were taken care of until we drove away. The food was fantastic, definitely don’t miss out on the generous kaiseki spread for breakfast and dinner. The rooms and amenities were lovely. We (2 people) slept wonderfully on the prepared futons and had ample amounts of space to move about. The onsen was excellent, very clean and with a great outdoor bath, plus fancy Dyson hairdryers and skin/hair care products for patrons to use afterwards. The location is walkable distance to the main town center of Kurokawa so it makes exploring on foot very easy, especially if you’re planning to onsen hop. I would definitely recommend Yumerindo.

We were very satisfied with this hotel. We stayed in a ground-floor room with a garden, and it was especially relaxing to fall asleep each night to the sound of rain. The hotel staff were very polite and offered services in Japanese, English, and Chinese, making communication very convenient. We also booked the hotel’s kaiseki dinner, which cost 7,000 yen per person. It’s recommended for adults, but not for children, as they may not enjoy this type of cuisine. The hotel’s hot spring facilities were excellent, offering private family baths, women-only baths, and mixed baths—providing a variety of options. On the day of check-out, the hotel even arranged a vehicle to take us to the bus station, which was very thoughtful. The only minor drawback was that we could hear footsteps from the room above. Occasionally, when someone walked upstairs, the sliding doors in our room would rattle slightly. That said, overall, it was a very pleasant stay.
