great comfortable bed and pillows. Clear communications of make up room and turn down service timings. Gave a cake and balloons for our anniversary celebration. I only have a pic of the cafe nearby.

Overall service was excellent! Stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and they cleaned our room every day. This trip was meant to celebrate my wife's birthday and the hotel gave us a complimentary cake and decorated the room with some balloons. Thanks for welcoming us with the gift! There is also a medium-sized gym that opens 24hrs and a rooftop bar that has an unblocked view of the Menara KL Tower!

Service is ok, facilities are great with swimming pools and gym room, food is okok but I think it's halal since I couldn't find any pork related food there. Overall it's a great stay.

Room not too big but very spacious and comfortable

Breakfast buffet - tiada kuih muih melayu, tiada noodles station, no indian food even roti canai 🙂↔️ etc.

The hotel gave us a very welcoming feeling upon arrival. The room was clean and comfortable — not too big, but not too small either, just nice for a short stay. Breakfast, however, had limited options; it would’ve been nicer to have more variety. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement on the breakfast spread.

Location is great. Nearby plenty of eateries.
The skybar/pool area is quite cramped as it is not spacious enough to cater the no. of pax (I guess because we travelled during the peak vacation season). Breakfast is served delicately as you get to pick your preferred food.
Room wise not many amenities, they provide the basic ones, you need to request for others.
