I also booked the tent dinner, which wasn't very good value for money; it was just for the experience. The adjacent cafe was nicely decorated but had an overwhelming number of flies.
The most unpleasant experience was leaving a thin white jacket in the room. I'm certain it was left on the bed, perhaps blending in with the sheets. When I asked the staff the next day, they said they couldn't find it. The jacket wasn't valuable, but the staff's attitude made me feel like I wouldn't be returning.
We stayed at Nest Caravan, the van looks so small but fits 4 perfectly. The toilet is really squeeze though and has an odd smell despite them putting a diffuser inside already. Would recommend showering at the shared bathroom which is large and clean. One tip is dont shower when its fully occupied because the water temp turns hot & cold which makes it hard to shower in this 16-20 degrees weather. And please follow the house rules and not eat inside the van, I believe the previous occupants might have eaten something so there were some baby cockroaches but the staff were prepared with the spray.
I got to say the staff service was the best experience of all. there is a bell inside the van that you can call them but they kind of have to make 2 trips up (1 to see what you, 2 to get you what you need). Alternatively you can whatsapp their main hotline and they will inform accordingly. But their hospitality and service really made the overall experience worth while!

Prepare RM200 for deposit per unit for the caravans and tents~ it will be refunded upon checkout unless they see anything spoil or if you did not clean up the own food you brought. Nontherless, really enjoyed the stay especially during christmas! The morning view is amazing~
Shared-bathroom water heater doesnt works well as 2 out of 3 bathroom out of hot water. Need further improvement at this point.
Overall, kids enjoy the stay!
