Unfortunately, there were two disappointing details:
1. The toothpaste was unusable. The cap couldn't pierce the foil seal and snapped off when we applied pressure. Both of our sets had this design flaw.
2. Trip.com shows the wrong location; it sent us to the neighboring apartment instead of this one, making it stressful to find the exact location.
Everything else was great, and I would come back, but I hope these two issues are fixed soon.
After booking, the operator contacted via whatsapp to ask for tonnes of personal details and deposit of rm 200 to an account under a random person's name, feels violated to be honest.
Could have spent the money elsewhere for a better experience. Won't come back again.
