i stay at level 25… good location between pavilion and kl tower need to improve the response… after i booked this property i received a scam ask to pay deposit so i contacted the property no one was replying til few days before checkin manage to call another number but after checking the response was very good… the staff keep checking on us ensure we have no issue during the stay

The stay has a good city view of Kuala Lumpur. Even the 3rd room window has a partial twin tower upper view. There was a staff assisting us with check in. Parking was free and easy. Overall, the stay was good. Good for a family of 5.

The whole apartment is super old , unpleasant smell ,have moldy toilet , unstable toilet seat and cracked wall everywhere in the apartment . Completely unmatched with the advertising photos . Can’t bath our kids in their bath because full of mold . Very bad experience in this stay . We booked another night as well but decided to cancel it despite they are not refunding our money .

Check in was super confusing and disorganised. Booked two rooms but only received comms for a room. Super stressful to navigate around the area and trying to comms with the hosts. One of the room has baby cockroach, another room has broken down air con. So my dad had to sleep outside in the living room. That said, the service was okay for the price, really what you pay is what you get. Although I will never come back again.

The admin Kauser is nice and helpful. The room are with washing machine and dryers the location is convenient too the MCD is just walking distance
